Who is the Data Protection Officer

In carrying out its duties (ref. Art. 24 and Art. 37 Paragraph 1 of EU Regulation 679/2016), the Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). What data do we collect and process?

The data that are processed by the Data Controller are personal, identifying data (e.g. name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail) - hereinafter, "personal data" or also "data" - as well as those spontaneously provided by the User.

Purposes of the data collected

The User's Data are collected to allow the Data Controller to provide its Services, as well as for the following purposes: Registration and authentication, Protection against SPAM, Interaction with social networks and external platforms, Contacting the User, Managing contacts and sending messages, Interaction with data collection platforms and other third parties and Statistics.

To obtain further detailed information on the purposes of the processing and on the Personal Data concretely relevant for each purpose, the User may refer to the relevant sections of this document.

Modalities of data processing

The Data Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.
The processing is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organisational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other subjects involved in the organisation of this Application (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external subjects (such as third party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller, may have access to the Data. The updated list of Data Processors can always be requested from the Data Controller.

Type of data collected

Among the Personal Data collected by this Application, either autonomously or through third parties, are: telephone number; email; password; tax code; cookie; usage data; name.

Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, automatically collected during the use of this Application.

Unless otherwise specified, all Data requested by this Application are mandatory. If the User refuses to communicate them, it may be impossible for this Application to provide the Service. Legal basis for processing

Contact form

The User, by filling in the contact form with his/her own Data, consents to their use to respond to requests for information, quotes, or any other nature indicated in the header of the form.

Personal Data collected: email; name; telephone number.

Managing contacts and sending emails

This type of service allows you to manage a database of email contacts, telephone contacts or any other type of contact used to communicate with you.

These services may also allow the collection of data relating to the date and time of viewing of messages by the User, as well as the User's interaction with them, such as information on clicks on links included in messages.

Sendinblue

Sendinblue is a service for managing addresses, sending email messages, marketing automation.

Interaction with data collection platforms and other third parties

This type of service allows Users to interact with data collection platforms or other services directly from the pages of this Application in order to save and reuse data.

If one of these services is installed, it is possible that, even if Users do not use the service, it will collect Usage Data on the pages where it is installed.

Sendinblue integration for Convert Form

Sendinblue integration allows you to interact with the email address management, message sending and marketing automation service.

Statistics

The services contained in this section allow the Data Controller to monitor and analyse traffic data and serve to keep track of the User's behaviour.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on the location where this Application is used ("Google"). Google uses the Personal Data collected for the purpose of tracing and examining the use of this Application, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google.
Google may use the Personal Data to contextualise and personalise the advertisements of its advertising network.

User Rights

  • In this case, the Data Controller will not process the Data for any purpose other than its preservation.

  • When certain conditions are met, the User may request the deletion of their Data by the Data Controller.
  • Receive their Data or have them transferred to another owner.

How to exercise rights

In order to exercise the User's rights, Users may address a request to the contact details of the Controller indicated in this document. Requests are filed free of charge and processed by the Controller as soon as possible, in any case within one month.
